Weber's Café and Restaurant is fantastic and worth the entire sailing trip. Really talented young man, who bought the place in 2023 and has recreated the historic place, the more than 160-year-old restaurant, to now be a gourmet restaurant with a balance between Danish and French cuisine - in addition, Webers Café has an impressive wine list - and a nice selection of specialty beers that are outside the regular mainstream beers. This place came up with a good rating and menu was attractive too. We have not been disappointed ! We enjoyed service and a life piano play from one of the guests! We shared blini as starter - taste good! Main course were pork neck and mussels. Both dishes tasted very well, thought felt more like a winter menu option. It is always nice to have a clean and smoke-free room, with a well-preserved classic style. I myself am from Marstal and have tried a few different places in the city. Først de bedste spoleben, med den lækreste kartoffelmos med nødder og ramsløg. Smagte så englene synger. Desserten blev en ostetallerken med så lækre udvalgte oste. Mums mums.. Blev virkelig overrasket over det høje niveau. Jacobs far serverede og havde en kæmpe viden om vin og øl, så vi fik en perfekt oplevelse hvor mad og drikke harmonerede super godt. Efter følgende fik vi drinks og hold da op en viden den unge pige havde omkring drinks. Virkelig en god overraskelse og til en virkelig billig penge.
